Math 55 Attempt

Math 55 (Yes, that one)

It's been over a year! I've decided to steal some materials from Harvards Math 55, and attempt some self-paced learning.

For reference, and for those who want to play along at home, I'll be using the materials here:

I'm expecting this to be painful and difficult, but hopefully I'll come away from it with something valuable. 

Homework 0-1:

As you'd expect, these exercises are very preliminary in nature. As you may or may not expect, they are also quite difficult. I've answered many of them before in some form, but it's always nice to write out some proofs to cement your intuition.
